The ***OFFICIAL*** Friday/Saturday Night Singles' Thread February 24th and 25th, 2006

Guess who's hosting this edition of the singles thread!?! Scary, ain't it folks.

Anyhow, in the process of cleaning out boxes, it came to me....the questions that we all ask ourselves as we uncover chunks of our long lost past.....

What WAS I thinking!?!

So, my questions to all of you are:

What hobby or interest did you have when you were younger that you still have a passion for?

Ok, now....is there something you used to do that you now think "I can't believe I used to like that!"

Same with music---
What was your favorite band/song in highschool, then early adulthood compared to now? (Those still in early adulthood have only 2 questions to answer. Or maybe just one ;))

Is there anything in your interests, hobbies or life that would surprise people who know you? (Nothing weird, just.....) And if it invovles being on wanted posters, you can skip the question :)

Well, I'd help you out if I was anywhere near you!

I must admit, my day was also the kind where I just wanted to go home and get a hug!

These girls are really flying down the hill on skis at the Olympics. It is snowing and visibility is limited.

Go, girls!

Well, I gotta confess...

When I fish, I do the catch and release thing. Except for fried catfish, I don't really like to eat fish. So, not gonna catch & keep something I won't eat.

but I have to disagree with ozark.... and I just have to say she doesn't get it. Out on the water, fishing, nothing like it, whether its the river, a lake, a pond, deep sea, whatever.

haha, I like "out on the water" but not so much after that. Only one time I've been fishing that I liked, sunset, and every time I put the line in the water, I came out with a fish. Every other time, I read a book.

Hey I am a man after all. I do try to be a lot more reserved and traditional than most, but I am still a man. NOT a metrosexual, or any other such caca!
Heck, it was even suggested that "maybe I am in the closet" today. That one made me feel real good!! The fur flew over that one!!

(Besides, I thought to liberals, that was a good thing, anyway!!)

I never doubted it.

I can't remember, but it sounds familiar...

There was one with the local priest trying to save everyone and parents worrying about molestation and the priest taking the molestation issue to the top and everyone thinking it is normal and it was just so wrong...

The Finnish girl came down the hill in the Giant Slolum and knocked 0.4 off of the best score.

Then the American girl came down the hill and knocked 0.7 off of the Finnish girl's score.

The American girl, Julia Mancuso, WON THE GOLD MEDAL!!!

She really kicked butt and I am so proud of her!

Good grief! I am stuck in a time warp! I still like rock music. I still am having to battle my love for food, especially cookies and chocolate. I still love to flirt. I still think I am 25!!!!!!!!! I used to be a cat person though, and now I am more of a dog person. I still love cats and have one, but Harm rules my life now.

Osama and his camel were in the desert. Osama had a table set for dinner with flowers on it. The camel had a veil on and was batting eyes with long lashes at Osama.

It was hilarious!
