Every bookstore including online booksellers will carry the book if avaiable.
Sorry this boycott sucks. I don't want to pick up books I like at garage sales 2 years after they come out.

By doing so you will spite conservative writers like Ingrahm, Hannity, Rush, O'Reilly, Coulter, Libby etc etc etc.

Yes...I just like to use some of the words and phrases I hear on FR..usually I call people demon-worshipping, satan-loving, hell-spawn..but I thought that a little harsh, just for a boycott.
