The Balloon Apocalypse is just another false flag by Swampy DoD to make both Biden and Trump look bad, and try and get funding for their own balloon-related stuff to make up for losing their satellites to Space Force.
Biden did say that he wanted the balloon shot down earlier, but DoD rebuked him...And who’s to say that the DoD didn’t launch the spy balloon themselves and merely *said* it belonged to China?

Yep, just like Afghanistan & Syria & Soliemani and every appropriations opportunity in between. Air Force appropriations will now want to pay contractors hundered of millions of dollars to neutralize this ‘threat’. Won’t be surprised if it is a turf war with Space Force either.
Trump gave Space Force all of the Air Force’s assets in space. like their satellites. So the Air Force wants high altitude balloons so it has it’s own competing assets & funding streams. And of course they will need a few more General slots to run those programs...
People wonder why the Swamp gets away with spending trillions every year. But all they have to do is leak some fake news & suddenly the triggered tax payers demand government shovel money at the problem to make this ‘threat’ go away.

Which begs the question “knowing the threat what are they going to do about it?”.
All I can think (if these balloons really did fly over the US back then), is that they were afraid to tell anyone in the Trump Admin. because they thought Trump would order them to be shot down, and they were afraid that it would start WW III or something.
Other than that, there’s just no explanation for not telling anyone in Trump’s Admin., unless it’s just totally fabrication to cover for Biden’s hesitation to destroy it over the Aleutians.
