No, this is quite possible. Since only key states and precincts are needed, and the prevailing election officials are of a like mind and party (!), they’ll be winning, and keeping their mouths shut to keep the train rolling.
This is the flaw of the ‘anonymous vote’ - you can separate the voter from the ballot, which allows for manipulation. It’s further flawed when attempting to extend the time frame that ballots can be ‘managed’, through mail-in and extended voting periods.
The system has LONG been broken, and is being further compromised. The US is worse than a lot of third-world setups.

They keep saying what “they found” but refuse to identitify the “county” they found that the zip-code discrepancy & change back took place in. Without that identity it amounts to an opinion without evidence (evidence that can be independently verified).

What part did you not understand? All it takes is people who have access (the people in charge of a county) to distribute the false ballots, gather them, fill them out for the commies and hold or submit them, then change the addresses back. Why do you think they have problems in non-commie controlled areas? Hint: It’s because it’s harder to do the fraud in areas they do not have total control. It’s all controlled locally! The ballots can be outsourced.
Oh, I am not arguing it might not be easy, but it seems that it would require sooooo many people, different people in different counties in different states. And like most crimes people would eventually start talking and rating people out to cop a plee for something else.
The OP premise is those undeliverable ballots are stolen (by whom, it doesn’t state) and used to cast fraudulent votes.
Notice the article doesn’t bother to address the matter of what all those thousands and thousands of voters do when they fail to receive their mail-in ballot owing to these alleged zip code shenanigans.
Normal people are going to either request and obtain a replacement ballot, or vote in person. At some point, presuming both ballots reach the system, the system is going to find TWO instances of the SAME person voting or attempting to vote and raise an alert.
You would think if this actually occurred there’d be thousands and thousands of examples to cite.
I agree. To believe that there was a massive, nationwide plot that was kept secret to “steal” votes is pushing the boundaries of believable. And that nobody leaked the plot is just not possible.
