Pence is just a politician who goes with the flow and doesn’t have the conjones to do something original.
The question should be, how will the government respond to the massive outcry from both Democrat and Republican voters if voter fraud is proven beyond doubt. Will they chose the President they want or will they offer a new election to pull both sides back from a civil war. Both sides will be pizzed-0ff, for different reasons, if election fraud is proven. Sadly, they would rather have a new election instead of allowing Trump the electoral victory they stole.

We need to get over the idea that the military, or some other institution, is going to somehow overturn the 2020 election.
They're not, not ever, period.
The best we can hope for is the fraud will be proved and laws changed to prevent it the next time.
Then, if Trump decides to run again, he wins in a landslide, bringing huge majorities with him to Congress, enough to seriously accomplish his agenda and punish the guilty.
That would be a vastly better outcome than Trump somehow reinstated today with minorities in both houses of Congress.
But it does require our Free Republic somehow survives the next years of insane Democrat "leadership".

What about approaching it from the stand point of a Coup’...after all they did gather the military to DC after they instigated the violence at the Capital and after they stole the election via fraud voting.

The Maricopa audit report will not be out until sometime in the August to October time frame, which they just announced a few days ago. It's going a lot slower and the audit is only one county in the state - it's about half the state. They would need to audit the whole state and there are no plans to do that. The state senate has already publicly said there is no intention to decertify or change the outcome. The sole purpose is to understand what went wrong so they can change things to do better next time.

I love that Trump is in charge of the military - that has always amused me, as much as, the Biden double does. Tell that to the transgender soldier newly enlisted per Biden - but I guess it was really Trump who did that - sigh - it’s so confusing. And I guess it is Trump, no, it’s Biden who is purging conservative leaders in the Pentagon. And is it Trump who is closing Gitmo and has already released some long term terrorists or was it Biden - no just Trump doing head fakes. The fantasies never stop. I love that guy on YouTube who tracks all the military planes and every time a plane flies close to the east coast of FL, he gets all excited. He gets $100 for every 20,000 views, so you do the math.
The president, VP, senators and reps can be tried and convicted of all the crimes they committed involving the coup once they have been impeached and then convicted by the Senate. We now know that can happen quickly per Trump’s second impeachment - no lengthy 3 months of hearings and thoughtful musings on disturbing incidents. But that would make Pelosi president per the Constitution - that pesky thing always rears its ugly head. If Pelosi is removed in the process, then Sec of State Blinken becomes president, so it can get worse.
Sheesh! What a horrible mess! Doesn’t appear options would prove the least bit better. Only escape then is 2024 election and the Dems primary goal is to secure that by any means.
I doubt it will take this long but Trump could also be appointed Speaker in 2022 and get in that way. Pelosi is going to be forced to resign along with everyone else if she knew any foreknowledge or involvement.
