Once the Constitutional requirements are met, I see no basis to claim someone “failed to qualify” for reasons other than Constitutional ones. And Biden meets those.

The popular vote has a role in Presidential elections- the role it is given by the states and Congress.

That also negates it entertaining any “quo warrento” challenge to the Congress and state’s determination.

There is absolutely no mechanism by which this could occur even if absolute proof beyond reckoning was presented that even the MSM made 100% of the American populace believe. Trump would have to be inserted into an office in the line of succession with those higher up the pecking order being removed from office or resigning for this occur.

The Electoral College already voted - that can’t be rescinded at this point. But suppose fraud was proven so overwhelmingly that Biden and Harris were removed from office either forcibly or by resignation - you are correct - Pelosi would be the President.

“shall not be infringed” means “shall not be infringed.” That is a specific phrase which literally defines itself.

“natural born citizen” had a specific meaning at the time it was written - those born under the jurisdiction of the Sovereign. This has also been adjudicated multiple times. Your comments are simply false on this issue - not even debatable for anyone who has done even a cursory amount of research - and you have been doing this for years on end.
