Two symbolic extremes: A One-world secular socialist putting up a lock, and a God-fearing American removing it.

Every part of this past 3 months has been demoralizing story after demoralizing story. I think that part of the strategy has been to keep people far from hope so that they wont reject the Democrats because they have no courage to.

if you think about it, we are witnessing the globalists’ last stand. ***Mark Carney is ex-Governor of Bank of England, ex-Governor of Bank of Canada, ex-Goldman Sachs, currently United Nations special envoy for climate action and finance:

16 Jun: Guardian: Covid-19 pandemic is ‘fire drill’ for effects of climate crisis, says UN official
Lise Kingo says social equality issues must be part of sustainable development agenda
by Fiona Harvey, Environment correspondent
The coronavirus pandemic is “just a fire drill” for what is likely to follow from the climate crisis, and the protests over racial injustice around the world show the need to tie together social equality, environmental sustainability and health, the UN’s sustainable business chief has said.
“The overall problem is that we are not sustainable in the ways we are living and producing on the planet today,” said Lise Kingo, the executive director of the UN Global Compact...
“The only way forward is to create a world that leaves no one behind.”...

She said there were “very, very clear connections” between the Covid-19 and climate crises, and the Black Lives Matter protests around the world, which she said had helped to reveal deep-seated inequalities and “endemic and structural racism”...
“We want all chief executives to become social activists – to understand social equality,” she said. Not only was this the right thing to do, but “it creates stable markets for companies around the world” and reflects the desires of young people.
“Young people are so engaged, so dedicated to this agenda, they don’t want to work for companies that do not have a solid responsibility strategy,” she said.

The UN secretary general, António Guterres, said building a fairer society would be essential to the world’s health, as well as to saving the planet from climate breakdown and ecological destruction.
“Today, the fabric of society and the wellbeing of people hinge on our ability to build a fair globalisation,” he told the two-day UN Global Compact virtual conference of business leaders, which started on Monday...

***Mark Carney, the former governor of the Bank of England, told the conference that the Covid-19 crisis had shown how urgent it was to tackle global heating. “This is a crisis that will involve the whole world and from which no one can self-isolate,” he said...
More than 10,000 companies are signed up to the UN Global Compact, and they are being urged to strengthen their commitments to cutting greenhouse gas emissions...

WEF’s The Great Re-Set:

10 Jun: World Economic Forum: Responding to the anger
by Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman
The anger generated by the murder of George Floyd has brought forth once more demands for real civil rights and an end to the racism that scars societies, not just in the United States but also around the world. In rightly addressing the cause of that outrage – the blight of racism – it is also necessary to address the fundamental inequalities amplified by the pandemic...

In the US, COVID-19 has taken a disproportionate toll on African-American communities, low-income people and vulnerable populations such as the homeless...

The fact that the pandemic affected so disproportionately black communities is a reflection not just of historic racism but also their continuation in existing systemic inequalities. In America, as in many other countries, people who face racial discrimination and marginalization are more likely to be unemployed or underemployed and have poor housing and living conditions...

While reflecting on the aspects that a future social contract might follow, the opinions of the younger generation must be integrated, as they are the ones who will be asked to live with it – the same generation that is now so engaged at the vanguard of the fight against racism. They have taken to heart the words of Archbishop Desmond Tutu: “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”...
As a young student told The New York Times: “Young people have a deep desire for radical change because we see the broken path ahead”...

In short, if there is any hope for improving the state of the world, it comes from the moral recognition that some things in our society are deeply wrong. The response has to come from a fundamental reset of our political, economic and social systems enabled by an open dialogue that respects the dignity and diversity of humankind.

Right-I hope it wasn't just a dress rehearsal for election night.

At this point-I wouldn't put any Liberal crime outside the realm of possibility.

“if you think about it, we are witnessing the globalists’ last stand.”

They are desperate to take out Trump. He has “royally” screwed up their plans. He must have another term to finish them off.

The homeless? I thought they were the ones with strong immune systems who were widely getting the virus without getting the disease.

Plus all that luxury housing as a lure to get off the streets.
