The IG is looking at the corruption between the FBI and the media.......and the linchpin is the Clintons.

===============================================

The Clinton Foundation listed "notable past members."
This page was carried in the Clinton Foundation archives....until recently.

Page has since been deleted from Clinton Foundation archives.

==========================================

AND THIS......

<><> Journalists Dined at Top Clinton Staffers Homes Days Before Hillary’s announcement of her candidacy
Wikileaks via Breitbart ^ | October 17 2016 | Ezra Dulis / FR Posted by grey_whiskers

Several top journalists and TV news anchors RSVPed “yes” to attend a private, off-the-record gathering at the New York home of Joel Benenson, the chief campaign strategist for Hillary Clinton, two days before she announced her candidacy in 2015, according to emails Wikileaks published from John Podesta’s accounts.

<><>The guest list for an earlier event at the home of her campaign manager, John Podesta, was limited to reporters who were expected to cover Clinton on the campaign trail. —snip—

ITEM-—<><> Wikileaks revealed earlier that late night talk host Stephen Colbert, and his team at Comedy Central, were making TV episodes at the request or order of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) back in April of 2013. So, viewers thought they were vote-smart because they’re informed by a comedian, yet same said comedian was doing Hillary’s bidding the whole time.

<><> Hillary frequently used the Democrats' "wrap-up smear."......leaking false info about her opponent to the press. Then when the obedient press published the smeat, Hillary would wave it around indicating she was the superior candidate.

Not even prison...how about a Grand Jury, an indictment, a perp walk, an arraignment, a midnight SWAT raid, bank accounts seized, passports held, an honest Special Counsel investigation...ANYTHING!

Sorry — from your post I wasn’t clear if you were saying this: The media wasn’t functioning as some kind of tool (unwitting or complicit) for the FBI/CIA in this. They are as much a part of the U.S. intelligence apparatus as the CIA director is.

Good point about bribery, they’re cooked if a quid pro quo can be shown. The law is unsettled about whether it’s illegal to receive classified information (Pentagon Papers precedent) but that didn’t stop them from naming James Rosen as an unindicted co-consiprator, which cost him his job and reputation even though he was not charged criminally. So there are many forms of retribution that may well come down on the heads of those media figgers who took advantage of leaked information.

-- That is also a serious criminal offense, faking the justification for a warrant to a court. --

Not defending the action, but what's the crime? What I'm asking for is a citation to USCode.

18 USC 1038 is limited to hoaxes about "weapons offenses."

I think 18 USC 1001 doesn't apply, because the government is allowed to lie to the public, and especially to suspects. it;s done all the time to get confessions and otherwise elicit evidence.

The court might have a contempt widget of its own, but that's not a criminal offense, there being no statute.

It's my (not comprehensively studied) point of view that the remedy for fraudulently obtained warrant is that the evidence becomes inadmissible at trial.

In order to secure a warrant a law enforcement official must submit a sworn statement attesting to the facts that justify the warrant. If the sworn statement is false, the law officer is guilty of perjury. Not only that, but the entire case would likely be thrown out of court.

And NONE of this would have ever seen the light of day if Trump had lost in 2016 as expected. We would have never heard of Page, Strozk, or the two Ohrs, plus Andrew McCabe would have safely retired with his pension intact. I won’t hold my breath for the Comey/Clapper/Brennon perp walks, but one can always hope.

Do you have any examples of charges being brought for perjury on a wiretap, arrest, or any other type of warrant?

I get the case being put in jeopardy, I’m not looking for examples of that. I’m looking for an example of an investigator or prosecutor being charged with a crime — not being sued for civil damages, but indicted by a prosecutor.

Chuck Todd seemed very uncomfortable with having to listen to Guiliani on today’s “Meet The Priss”.

"They will do anything for the right amount of $$. FOX news hiring if Donna Brazil is really bad in my opinion. She was right in there."

I agree. That's why any time I see Brazile or any other propaganda-pushing Socialist Democrat appear on one of Fox's shows, I quickly switch the channel. Maybe if more of us did that, and FNC's ratings went down as a consequence, they would stop trying to feed us the same trash that emanates from every other hard-Left channel in TV-land.

Some of the Leftist contributors are more unbearable than others (such as that Hahn character, who seems to pop up on Tucker's Show every night), but those occasions do provide extra incentive to run for the TV remote as fast as possible in order switch it off. Let's all just refuse to accept it.

".... Some of them are complicit and may need to lawyer-up if any classified material was leaked to them...."

I didn't think the recipient of classified material was considered guilty. The complicit party is the one who leaked it to the media.

Triumphs of the FBI:

Waco
Ruby Ridge
That farmer murdered in the Northwest
Engineering a potential putsch against a legally elected President
And, just today, arresting an American citizen for trying to do what the Federal Government is not - protecting our border against illegal invaders.

The FBI is a totally corrupted, unconstitutional Federal Police Force.
It serves neither an Elected Administration or the Constitution.
It has become the enforcement arm of the deep state, the Federal Police Force which enacts the the edicts of the Federal Beaurocracies.
The FBI needs to be dissolved and it’s leaders arrested and prosecuted.

Some in the media have also done things like pay for expensive meals and sport event tickets for some in the FBI. I worked in gov’t over 30 years and the most I ever took as a gift from private was a coffee cup.

It will be so fun to watch ....
