You are correct. Her parents were permanent residents of the U.S. by the time she was born, she was never a citizen of another country, and a person can not be born a naturalized citizen.

Congress is given sole authority for naturalization by the Constitution. The 14th was for newly freed stateless slaves. Not for naturalizing hordes of foreign nationals in perpetuity under an Amendment.

I agree with you, I just don’t see anyone with power, including President Trump, running with this issue. And I don’t see a major grass-roots movement starting over it. The Kenyan Usurpation has made this a non-issue. The vast majority of people will just settle for “born on US soil” and leave it at that. Including President Trump.
