Pot is A Dangerous 'Recreation'
Canada Free Press ^ | 01/02/18 | Katy Grimes

Posted on 01/02/2018 10:14:46 AM PST by Sean_Anthony

The DUI arrests, increase in college users, youth consumption, marijuana-related hospitalizations, and increasing emergency room visits of Washington and Colorado will only be amplified in California.

Voters legalized pot several years ago in Colorado and Washington State. They were promised increased tax revenue increases and better-educated children for their vote. For the love of money and claims of liberty, disasters are now unfolding in both states.

Now California is embarking on likely the same disastrous path, if not worse, despite copious amounts of destructive evidence.

When will we start to hear about the danger of second hand pot smoke?

I’m hoping the recreational use in California saves us here in Western Washington State. Every since legalizing here, the homeless drug camps and bums have literally become a plague upon us.

GO TO CALIFORNIA PLEASE!!!

I heard that it makes people write cheesy blogs and excerpt them to get hits.
For revenue.
To buy more pot.

I get the libertarian argument against criminalizing pot. Just don’t anyone kid yourself that you can build a republic with potheads for your citizenry.

Weakening the people will make it easier for China to invade and take over.

“The DUI arrests, increase in college users, youth consumption, marijuana-related hospitalizations, and increasing emergency room visits of Washington and Colorado will only be amplified in California.”

VS.

“That Elvis Presley shaking his hips! he’s dangerous!”

Legalize it. Tax it. Treat it like Alcohol and Tobacco.
Once the initial fascination wears off, culturally, it will be the same.

I don’t like potheads at work. Some may be funny but they are slow, lazy and screw stuff up.

I wonder if this isn’t the next “opiods crisis” type of event that we will regret a decade from now.

With government creating the problem and then controlling the population with their “solutions”.

Anyone winding up in a hospitral due to marijuana use is an idiot. It’s because they over consumed edibles, which is a drastically different “buzz” then if you smoke it.

People are idiots and always will be regardless if weed is legal or not.

Traffic accident stats for Colorado. While the article mentions that more fatals have pot in the blood, the rate of traffic fatalities did not change significantly over the years. The total number is up a bit, while the fatalities per miles driven is down a bit.

Agreed. As is often said - we deserve the leaders we elect. And as states like Colorado and California move progressively more liberal - we will continue to see a social, moral, political and economic decline in direct proportions to the increase of dopes, dopers and pro-dope laws.

For years, I’ve often referred to Dustin as ‘a paler shade of Obami’. Both are elitist, globalist, socialists. Unfortunately, in both Canuckistan and the US, there are bleating sheep who still adore both. At least in the US, you have term limits; not so here in Canuckistan!
