MSM Hype Notwithstanding, Clinton/Obama and Their Resistance Falling Apart

Best blessing of Thanksgiving 2017 to count first: Hillary Clinton never made it as president.

The caterwauling of that stunning loss continues over a year later. But Clinton, who acts as if she really won the presidency, is now down to carping at the voting world from the none-too-stable Clinton Foundation, or whatever is left of it.

We pretty much knew the thrill was gone when we started hearing those "the Resistance is doing great!" stories from the Young Turds and Newsweak. Like those perennial "picking up steam" stories, they're a funeral bell tolling on what wanted to be a movement. Three words: Yeb Bush's campaign. Picking up steam. You betcha.

This sort of thing tends to percolate very slowly into the insular worlds that are the Beltway and the bi-coastal journalism community, and those bastions of academia that are keeping bad news at bay with furious free speech suppression campaigns. Even there they're becoming as stale as Hillary Clinton's wedding cake.

Alas, even such epochal demonstrations of outrage as the Great Scream At The Sky seem to have devolved into whimpering. The 0bama and Clinton factions are now merrily slitting one another's throats and hoping for divine intervention from Russia or North Korea or some slime factory that's cleverer than the ones who have already been caught at it. Halloween's over and the Great Pumpkin never came. Deal with it.
