There won't be a trial so there will be no guilty or innocent verdict. If Moore doesn't withdraw then he'll be elected and serve his two years under a media cloud, shunned by his fellow Senators. They will see to it that he accomplishes nothing. Then in 2020 they will dredge all this up again as an excuse to primary him and defeat him.
This is isn't the Democrats. This is McConnell and the GOP establishment behind the whole thing.

If someone were to cook up false charges, wouldn’t that be the first thing they would do, pick a date and time he wasn’t working? How can the date and time specifics of the event be pinpointed after nearly 40 years? Did she keep a diary? That would be incriminating. She had a lot of opportunity to smear him while he was a controversial judge. As an adult, wouldn’t she have wanted to see him removed from the bench? After all, she claimed he raped her when she was a child. Yet, she stayed quiet. Why? Coming forward like this is usually done when the accused is emerging into the spotlight for the first time, not someone who’s been as public as long he has been. Why didn’t she come forward in the primary? Because they just got the idea now amid the Hollywood scandals? And Gloria Allred has credibility issues herself thanks to her own parading of false DJT accusers. Just a thought.

No. By no means am I excluding McConnell and the other RINOs. The whole thing is proving more and more that there are not two parties but only a uni-party. They make it appear to be two parties for the benefit of flyover country. Both of these -liketh eLIES told are common among thieves.
As a Jewess on the US, I can only point out that the number of women who allegedly DATED, but had no sex with, Roy Moore is EXACTLY the same number who accused President Clinton of FORCIBLE RAPE, a FAR more serious offense. Now we know why all REAL Americans put our 2nd Amendment FIRST. Just sayin’!

That the alleged assault did not happen is very likely an unprovable negative. And would be no matter the truth of the situation. There is such a thing as a Statute of Limitations, and this is a pretty good illustration of why. Assuming the worst of Mr. Moore reflects no credit on anyone, least of all someone who claims to support the rule of law for us. Next case.
Do Democrats, never-Trumpers and the opposition media really think that we are going to believe them after everything that has happened so far?
