A lot has been said this year about North Korea and their highly eccentric leader. In the western world, government officials and mainstream media talking heads portray Kim Jong-un as a maniac who is one snap decision away from starting a nuclear war. However, the official narrative leaves out a few crucial details.
Kim Jong-un is described as things like crazy or unstable. This creates the illusion that he is unstable enough to put his country in harms way with an unprovoked attack on the US. Kim is not as crazy as the media makes him appear, however. He learned not to give up his nuclear arms from the USs disarmament of Libya in 2003. Once Libya gave up all its sophisticated weaponry, the US led a coup to kill Gaddafi and overthrow his government. Kim knows that the best way to preserve his country is with a powerful deterrent like nuclear weapons.
Mainstream media will also paint a picture of North Korean incompetence. Missile failures, a shoddy economy and their highly secluded society are all things the media points at to show North Koreas incompetence. This creates the illusion that the US could easily deal with North Korea in an armed conflict. North Korea has a standing army only slightly less in size than the United States. They also have incredibly rough terrain that would make an invasion very difficult and an entire population that has been trained since birth to hate the US.

I’ve been saying this for years. China is North Korea’s enabler. They instigate the trouble, then sit back and watch the fun.
China’s devotion to the regime in North Korea is understandable when considering Chinese culture and traditional beliefs. The people who rule China today are the descendants and relatives of the cadres, soldiers and people who helped Mao come to power. Many of these devoted communists died fighting in Korea. It is estimated that the Chinese with their crude tactics suffered close to 2 million casualties between 1950 and 1953. It may sound strange but many Chinese believe that if you disrespect or dishonor the values and beliefs of your dead ancestors, their spirits will be displeased and you will encounter all sorts of misfortunes. It is not unreasonable to believe that today’s Chinese policy makers and leaders, the descendants of those dead cadres and soldiers, fear their spirits if they displease them by abandoning the “cause” for which they died. The “spirit world” is very real to most Chinese including their leaders.

Still no word on who he is or why we should regard him as credible.
In other news, The Sun will set in the West this evening...............
peace is sought by those who want it, China does not..It uses the norks as a way to push the west to see how weak we are..while we enable them financially for greedy purposes for the most part..not wanting war, I do not, but I know mankind has no clue or single minded reality except survival of the fittest bs..War economically has already broken out,
and the other cause of historic wars, religion, is also involved.. I expect we have armies in the country already from Iran etc..
this is a full display of how we need a new perspective, life is more than surviving here..it is an opportunity to learn to love God in all through Christ..sad most have not sought anything which is how killing each other became so tolerable..anyway enough of my babble, get ready the reality we made is coming to a head..Come Lord..
This guy’s a remarkable blog pimp. The only comments he leaves on a thread are addressed to himself. What FR tolerates vs what they don’t tolerate is an enigma wrapped in a mystery.
I vote IWB is not reputable either.
