I’m not disputing the strobe.
It’s been said, the lower windows open. Also, someone reported on a hotel forum a few years ago that the windows had slits or vents to allow fresh air in.
The brother states he took his nephews skeet shooting and has a couple of hand guns and a long gun in a gun safe. He also had an Alaska hunting license and gun shops have said he bought guns from them. That blows the know nothing about guns theory.
The last communication with the brother was 10 years ago? Then why would Marylou bake cookies for mama? And the brother knew about the gun safe in the garage the crazy “Mrs. Kravitz” Susan whatshername told the reporters about.

Do we know if there were any shell casings found in the 2nd (smaller) room near the other broken window?
If so, were they the same kind that were found in the main suite near the other broken window that had a more direct line of site to the concert area?
After re-watching the video countless times, inc slowed down, I have concluded you are right and I was wrong.
That is a strobe. Further, after dozens of exchanges on Twitter, I am convinced that the windows do not open out, nor is the vent strip large enough for a gun.
There was no shooter that we can identify on floors 4-6.
There are at least some domestic Islamic groups that support antifa.
