JURY FINISHES THIRD DAY OF DELIBERATIONS AT BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF TRIAL IN LAS VEGAS

The jurors will have the next three days off before they come back to resume deliberations in the second trial of four men accused in connection with the April 12, 2014 standoff near Bundy Ranch in Clark County, Nevada.

Word is that jurors had a question today over audio portions of the videos that were presented as evidence by the prosecution. The federal government presented some of the videos without audio.

The deleted audio may have portions that could harm the prosecution side of the case.

Trial observer Andrea Parker expressed her view in a video posted on the "JGrady" account on You Tube late today that jurors are probably wondering why did we get audio in some of the videos and not on others.

Parker, who's husband Eric is on of the four men on trial, said there some audio portions of federal agents from the Bureau of Land Management making remarks like "this is a shoot first and ask questions later scenario" among other things.

The defendants (Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler and Ricky Lovelien) will have to wait until next week at least to find out what the jury's verdict, if any, will be.

While the deliberations are going on the men are in a room chained at their ankles, but are allowed to have their Bibles.

Audio of “shoot first” would be devastating.

After the b.s. that’s been going on they should have returned a not guilty verdict within 5 minutes. This isn’t a good sign.

The rigging of this trial was heavy including the judge overruling the striking of jurors by defense lawyers during jury selection.

At the behest of the prosecution the judge also banned the use of the First and Second Amendments as defenses in the case.

She banned the jury from hearing any defense witnesses and when one of the defendants testified in his own defense in the presence of the jury, she agreed to a prosecution request to strike his testimony from the record.

They took him right off the witness stand right in front of what the media called a “stunned jury”.

The defense lawyers made no closing arguments at all as a means of protest at the rigging of the trial.

The Communist federal government continues with its Kangaroo Court Soviet Show Trial emceed by the Spanish Queen Gloria Navarro - “Off with their Protestant heads! All their property is mine!!”

What a joke. They bring our ancient enemies into this country, put them in positions of power so they can persecute us?

Dear Jeff: Go home to ‘Bama. Try to understand the people who put you where you are, you’re a lot different from them now.

Once the ‘no-closing-arguments’ episode unfolded, I think the jury just sat there in disbelief. It was a fake trial, with a judge having some pre-set agenda in mind. The fake that three days have passed with the deliberations? I think it’s going to be impossible to get this to the end. Hung-jury is my prediction. At least one....maybe even five or six people who say that the whole court episode was handled in the wrong fashion. It wouldn’t surprise me they come back, and say in a blunt fashion that the judge was the key failure of the hung-jury.

May well be jury nullification then.
