9 Ways Sarah Palin Was a Trailblazer for Donald Trump
Breitbart ^ | 15 Jul 2017 | Tony Lee

Posted on 07/16/2017 9:28:09 AM PDT by KC_Lion

President Donald Trump may not be in the White House had former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin not blazed the trail for him.

This week, Bernie Quigley observed that Palin “was prelude and harbinger” to Trump’s arrival. He wrote in The Hill that he was reading William Strauss and Neil Howe’s The Fourth Turning when Palin appeared on the national stage. And he said then that “it was possible to see the rise of new political archetypes and forms and they are now upon us.”

“It was not President Donald Trump that brought the age, although he turned the key. It was Palin. And it was she who brought the reawakened spirit of Andrew Jackson, today associated with the rise of Trump,” Quigley wrote.

In 2010, Quigley wrote that the “change that is rising now with Palin” and the Tea Party movement “resembles the rise of Andrew Jackson and the free people of the western regions demanding their place and coming into the country politically.”

She’s done. She could have made a public appeal for the funds to fight her legal battles before quitting. The money would have been there but not from the RNC. She could have taken out a Murkowski for a 2nd time and become a Senator. An assigned cabinet position will be invisable. I’t like Obama being named President of Harvard-it means work. Now I’ll say(again) she’s just an ornament.

she’s just an ornament.

She won all 19 frivolous law suits against her as Governor of Alaska. The state and party did nothing to help her. We all have different views of her. I see her as the first Female POTUS.

Sarah stepped down from the governorship to protect her family. The whole political/media complex was attacking her children and husband so she bravely choose them over her career.

The political/media complex has no quams over attack a conseritives children and families but it’s totally diffrent when comes to progressives. Just compare the treatments of Barron Trump (a minor) and Chelsea Clinton (a married adult). They attack Barron at every chance while protecting Chelsea no matter what.

I’ve come to think that the greatest current threat to our Republic is our monopolistic media that is controlled by to few people.

She's not done!

Regarding the Governor resignation business, you know and I know she had no choice. The deep state and MSM went after her in the same way they're now going after Trump.

Have you seen her Indianola speech? One of the best political speeches I've ever seen. Also her CCU Lakewood, CO speech? Both excellent.

Many Trump memes throughout both speeches. It's obvious Trump is a fan and Sarah paved the way. President Trump owes her a lot. Sarah spearheaded the whole Tea Party movement. Never forget!

In 2024 Sarah will be 60. The perfect age for a go for it campaign. Seven more years for her family to grow up and for her to prepare. Go Sarah!

Fight On Sarah!

I understand the explanations.

I understood them in 2009... I understand them now.

That doesn’t change what I think:

IF she had stayed and fought in 2009, THEN she would have been elected President of the United States in 2012, and We The People would have been spared the 2nd horrendous Mullah Presidency of America.

That’s all I’m saying.

I’m not arguing with any of the explanations.

Palin was back stabbed by the McCain camp who used her as a scape-goat for his political failings.

Yep!

Sarah is to the Uniparty like garlic is to a vampire.

They blame HER for not doing more, when they didn't support her or the agenda at all. >:(

Trump not president without Palin? This article is delusional.

I still like Palin but she had nothing to do with Trump winning the presidency and unfortunately her political career is over. When she resigned as Governor she resigned from politics. When you quit in political office if follows you forever.

You call a thousand communist knives gleefully thrust by the media self inflicted? A normal person would have suffered a complete collapse.

If she had stayed in office, she would have been financially ruined.

The ethics rules (since changed) in Alaska made it impossible to accept donations for legal fees. Every penny spent on defending themselves would have to come from personal funds.

The Palins were a very middle-class family, and that type of expense would have driven them into bankruptcy.

This is why. A few people protecting their bribe money along with being stuck up thinking they are better then those that work regular jobs and build the country and not tear it down.

Excerpt:
As Breitbart News noted at the time, Rabushka pointed out that “the political election industry is a multibillion dollar enterprise” and “its ranks include the following”:

Consultants.
Coaches.
Handlers.
Ad Producers.
Focus Groups.
Media Pundits.
Donors.
Lobbyists.

Excerpt:
Barbara Bush threw shade at Palin when she said she hoped Palin would stay in Alaska.

“I sat next to her once, thought she was beautiful and I think she’s very happy in Alaska — and I hope she’ll stay there,” Barbara Bush said.

Palin, never afraid to take on the party’s sacred cows, slammed the Bushes for being “blue bloods who want to pick and chose their winners instead of allowing competition to pick and choose the winners.” Radio host Laura Ingraham pointed out then that the “elites” like the Bushes were trying to kneecap Palin.

The Irony of it is...

We essentially have our Tea-Party / Palin Presidency with President Trump, and maybe the TDS we are witnessing from both sides of the UniParty is they know in their gut that is what we have.

And I love every minute of it. Tangent to this, I'd love to know what was discussed at the Palin / Trump Pizza meeting and afterwards....

I remember how wonderful she was, and how I felt the night of her VP acceptance speech at the GOP convention in Sept. 2008.

She had Obama pegged—start at 24:58; Remember the styrofoam Greek Columns?

Listen to her themes in 2008—her vision, and the reaction of the crowd. Sounds like Trump in 2015-2016.

She didn’t know that McCain was going to take a dive, to allow Obama to ascend per the globalist masters vision.

I sincerely hope that Sarah Palin has a role to play on the national stage.

“She didn’t know that McCain was going to take a dive,”

And she couldn’t have known that McCain’s staff, e.g., Nicolle Wallace, would sabotage her and viciously attack her.
