1) A counter to the "I believe Anita" folks. 2) It will teach women to come forward when these things happen rather than wait until there's something in it for them. 3) It will make women think twice before they end up alone in A MAN'S home.
Is Cosby guilty? Possibly.
I’d certainly look at it differently were it one accuser. Lots of posters here are always running around blaming the women in cases like this.
not debating your conclusion, onlyt how you seemingly got there. I felt at the time the prosecution missed out on OJ. They presented a terrible case.
Some people here also have the equally false perception that Cosby is a conservative martyr because he's spoken out against thug culture in the black community a few times. Jesse Jackson, at least in his slightly saner days in the 80's, has said more or less the same thing, that doesn't mean that Jesse Jackson is conservative.

Its what got him in trouble in the first place.
That would take a *long* time to fully explain.It has to do with my personal experience with lawyers (my case was connected to an individual who somehow made $75 million of other people's money disappear.It was written up in papers from coast to coast).It also has to do with my experience with women who've claimed to have been raped (decades working in a big city ER).And there are other factors as well.
As for OJ...the prosecution's mistake was to present a case designed for jurors with an IQ of 100.Johnnie Cochrane knew that moving the trial "downtown" was his only hope.
I'm inclined to think there'll be a hung jury. Second guess is "guilty".

Nope...I suggested that the women *could* be sleazy.The only thing...the *only* thing that I'm 100% certain of is that Gloria Allred is sleazy.

One of the first cases i paid attention to was Tawana Brawly here in NYC. One accuser (although her legal team tried to make it look like the entire black community was doing the accusing) against several defendants. Duke Lacrosse. If you want to find weak cases its one accuser. oF course they make up the great majority and who knows what the percentage is but i can’t think of multiple accusers where the defendant was innocent. Micheal Jackson? but that never reached this point in the legal system that i can recall. I will certainly say some of Cosby’s accusers are probably after money but its nowhere near all.
I am rooting for GUILTY as charged. Does anyone know racial composition of the jury? If there is another OJ type jury, Cosby gets off free.
