The exercise of freedom of speech can have consequences.The Football league allowed Kaperprick to exercise his free speech rights, but its not against the constitution if they do not like what he did.

The nation does not want Kapersnick, and if they keep him, it will effect the bottom line and ticket sales, as well as add risk to whatever franchise he would play for. That’s not black balling, that’s good business sense.
