Meanwhile, states that continually vote for the GOP get kicked to the curb. The next budget, due on Oct. 1, 2017, better not have money for baby killing and it better have money for the wall or the president and the GOPe can kiss the House, where the budget originates, goodbye.

Now’s not the time to fight over the budget. You pass what you can and get what you need until end of the fiscal year. Then you present a real budget and return the budget process back to normal. If the GOPE caves in September then I’ll be made with you.
