Ciccariello is infamous for his racist (and off-the-wall) remarks against white people, none of which seemed to warrant suspension from Drexel thus far. Last December, he said “all I want for Christmas is white genocide.” When he was confronted about it, he brushed it off as a joke and deflected, “white isn’t even a race.” He seems to have forgotten that back in 2015, he said he wanted to “abolish the white race” because all white Americans secretly wish they can kill black people.

Just sent the prez a message. I imagine with some creativity that federal funds could be withdrawn like what happened to Bob Jones in the seventies or eighties.
I hope Drexel administration and board are ashamed of harboring this sort of threatening and unsafe environment on campus. And hope that the man who would be a toxic addition to any organization, will be summarily dismissed. Racial abuse and threats are not to be tolerated on any campus in the US.
There are few totalitarian fascists that come close to this man and his views.

The racial mix in town was close to 50-50, with 90-10 in some areas, and all sorts of varying ratios elsewhere. The University of Memphis area had its own mix and resulting pressures, as did the downtown river district, the airport area, and the adjoining Mississippi state line area, all of which shared some of the same problems but had their own as well, but were all components of the same tinderbox.
One local saying served as a reminder of how bad things could get: one of the nice things about a possible forthcoming racial war in Memphis was that you didn't have to pick which side you'd be on. Your face had already done that for you.
Along came the events of 09/11/2001. I came out of my loosely-pencilled in retirement for the response, and preparred to say my farewell to Memphis and its big-city problems. Before I left, a summer storm hit in the Summer of 2003. Officially a straight-line wind, it nevertheless picked up the local nicknamc *Hurricane Elvis* and knocked over around one tree in three in and around the area, taking power and telephone lines with it. In some parts of the town, it was nearly 45 days before the utility lines got back up and the power was restored.
And, of course, there weren't enough work crews to clear the streets of downed trees and overturned vehicles. So neighborhoods did it themselves. When trees blocking streets couldn't be cleared, they could at least be shifted enough to let one lane of traffic through, allowing the residents to get to the grocery stores where water distribution points and ice wss being provided.
Yep, the crackhead criminals and crazies were loose too, especially after the sun went down. It took only a few examples of how the kid gloves were off for that stuff to halt instantly, with a bare minimum of official attention or paperwork.
For the most part- there were some squabbles- people took care of themselves and their neighbors snd didn't really care that much about their race, especially when they happened to be working together to get something done.
And in the next couple of years, I really got to missing Memphis. The people were a lot friendlier than the ones in Afghanistan.
So when’s this cuck gonna kill himself and save us? It would be a “good thing indeed”, no?
The fastest way to put a stinky gym sock in this guys mouth is with a big freaking lawsuit, that not only names him, but also Drexel, its president, and his department chair.
While right now the Drexel administration is content to let him rant and fuss, if they think this might come out of their hide, they will turn on him like chickens when one of their number look or act different, and peck them to death.
Start with a really big number, then offer a settlement in which not only is he fired, but his class is discontinued.
Bob Jones avoided taking federal money, precisely because of the way it was used to homogenize all universities into wall-to-wall socialist indoctrination camps. They weren't the only ones to see and avoid the hook inside the bait.
What the feds did with BJU was to pull their tax exemption. There was no federal subsidy (Pell grants, student loans, even GI Bill) to remove. No "carrot", so the feds went straight to the "stick".
