Yeah, the “Popsicle Twins.” It may have been set up innocently enough (had Barris known what they were deliberately implying ahead of time, it would’ve been the death knell for his career), although Jaye P. Morgan “got it” (none of the other panelists appeared to) and mentioned she had to do some popsicle-licking of her own during her career.
Just watched that on youtube, i can’t believe that was allowed on tv back then.

It was only seen once, but just in the Eastern Time Zone viewing area. Network execs were notified immediately after it aired and yanked it for the rest of the country.
