Fresh off the heels of her brand’s record-breaking sales month of February, Ivanka Trump’s company was just slapped with a major class-action “unfair competition” lawsuit.
In case you need a recap: The first daugther’s lifestyle brand took a major nosedive in January. It all started when Nordstrom announced it would not be renewing its contract with Ivanka. Neiman Marcus, Gilt, ShopStyle, and the Home Shopping Network, quickly followed suit. Meanwhile, TJMaxx and Marshalls instructed employees to trash all Ivanka Trump signage and mix her merchandise into the racks. And Sears and Kmart said they would be removing over 30 Trump-branded home products from its websites. In a matter of weeks, Ivanka’s brand appeared to be all but dead.
Major failure for these left coast liberals. Notice the name of the publication this was published in. Also funny to read the comments after the article.

stupid headline, it’s not a “major” lawsuit unless it has realistic prospects to win a big award, which seems most unlikely.... otherwise, it’s just a “minor” nuisance suit.... annoying harassment from libturd losers!!
