Hey everyone.
I'm kind of going through a hard time right now. I have a history of really nasty cancer in my family and I just got the results back from an ultrasound and there is a mass growing in the center of my body right under my sternum.
I go on Monday for to schedule the CT scan to see what I'm dealing with. I'm doing a pretty good job of keeping a brave face up in front of my family but I'm an anxious mess. I was born Catholic but have since lapsed but I do try to be a good person.
Please keep me in your prayers.
Prayers for you. Please head for your Bible and try to find comfort in the Word.
I’m now over threescore and ten years. That’s all we are
actually promised; and if we are lucky, it may be fourscore.
My doctor keeps nagging me to have this shot or that one or
this test or that one.
I told him I’m not doing another mammogram. I’ve had one and
IF I had of had a tumor, the nurse would have busted it into
a million little pieces. She mashed my breasts flat as a
flitter! I said, no more & went for a non-invasive thermo-
gram about 3 yrs. ago. It has always been OK.
Now, my doctor has bone cancer. I hope he gets well; so he
can keep on nagging my butt about this and that. It’s not
helping my blood pressure for sure.
I hope you get well and live to be ninety or more like my
grandparents did. (They kept their clocks on “slow time”
& lived on it, too.) Don’t worry. Cast ALL your cares
upon the Lord, for He careth for YOU! :o)
Ueriah, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He can heal you. Seek Him! Reach out towards Him, your God, and ask for His healing and salvation. Flee the apostate Catholic Church of false Pope Francis and find a family Church that believes God’s Word. We have seen many like you healed of cancer and other ailments. Praying for you!
You are in my prayers. I am former Catholic. I am now Nazarene. Read Psalms to give yourself some quiet strength that the Lord will see you through your worries.
Prayers up for you, Ueriah. For what it’s worth, a bible study friend had a mass under the sternum that turned out to be a 3rd lung growing. You never know. :)

Prayers up. God is Good and our Heavenly Father. He always loves us and understands. As we always love and welcome our children, even when they are not ways attentive to us, we welcome back their love. He is the best parent we could ever imagine. His arms are open for us and always ready to embrace us with love and peace that passes all understanding. You were not withdrawn from him. He is with us always.
You will have the FR Prayer Warriors on your side. For the next day or so I and others will be praying for your peace of mind. The anxiety is tough to deal with. Keep us posted.
May the peace of God be yours. Seek the Lord God with all your heart. He has been waiting all your life for you to acknowledge Him the Creator in all His ways. He has a plan for You. Not to hurt you but give you a very bright future forever in His presence. Call on Him now and He promises He will hear you and come abide in you. Jesus paid the price for all mankind, He is the reconciler between us and the Father. He is the Savior of the world. Trust Him this day. He will walk with you every step of the way. You will be strong in His strength. He loves you as He loves me.

Try meditation Ueriah. Just focus on your breathing for 10-20 minutes at a time. It’s helping me to deal with fear over a similar situation to yours.
But the unknown is the scariest part. Once you know what you are dealing with. I’ll bet there will be some feelings of relief for you.
Have Faith. Rely on trustworthy people( good Freepers are a start!) .
And know that God is holding you I’m the palm of his hand. .. For sure!
