“June 2016: FISA request. The Obama administration files a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Donald Trump and several advisers.”

“At this time Trump as POTUS seems to be pure fantasy.”

If Trump as POTUS seemed to be pure fantasy, why go to all this trouble to surveil him? Were they surveiling others and included Trump to be thorough?

linguistic analysis based on his historical tweets vs these would be interesting.

I suspect the use of quotes will indicate that he is quoting documentation of some sort

I wish he would just take a pic of it and tweet it.

Very interesting. IF we are still a nation of laws, then let’s see where this takes us. Lots of cynical comments here, but no use jumping off the bridge quite yet, imho.

It would seem underestimating Trump is usually a mistake.”

It would seem Trump blew up when Sessions recused. A lot better of Freepers said no worries it was all part of the plan, BS. If it was why get
mad? I don’t think he’s winning this battle at the moment. With all that is against him l don’t know if anyone could. Comey f**ked him but good. Another mistake, why was he still there? The tweet should have more vague. By saying Obama specifically it allowed them to do a denial of the exact charge and let MSM and the Rats take it from there which is exactly what is happening. I hope he goes all out to push the agenda through in case they manage to take him out which could happen my friends.

Notice the headline states it’s the administration that’s in trouble but not the precious Terrorist in Chief.

Great article. Now I finally understand why the Democrats have been saying that the DNC Hack was an act of war and that sanctions were needed and imposed.

This was all a “cover” to attempt to justify the FISA court spying on the opposition political party. When the dust settles, I will wager that their chief public talking point to the public is that they thought that Russia committed an act of war and that FISA was the appropriate response.

This is going to get real ugly. I hope that Trump's Supreme Court nominee gets appointed really quickly.

You are so right about Loretta Lynch. And it looks like she is hoping to start a civil war with her latest comments on shedding blood and perhaps dying to right wrongs! I think/hope Trump has shut Obummer & Valjar up about their shadow government now that the spotlight is on their misdeeds, and if true Obummer is headed for Dubai today, maybe he will prefer to take the heat of that desert clime hereafter, rather than the heat he will face from our new Justice Department. And Comey needs to go!

Barry is well known to have thin skin.

He took Trump’s investigation into his birth Certificate personally. Barry has done it before. He weaponized the IRS to go after Conservatives. He publicly attacked the USSC.

I can see Barry thinking even if Trump Loses to Clinton, the idea that he could publicly humiliate him that would last a life time would be the icing on the cake going out of office.

Now the RAT leadership is openly calling for blood in the streets and the Bezeerkly crowd are responding.

If Trump has evidence of this wiretap and is prepared to demonstrate that there was no nat’l security “motive” (not the right word) behind the 2nd FISA order request for the wiretapping of his phones, she is indictable right now. And I would further say that this is a necessary next step to avoid the creep-creep-creep of the playground dirtbomb attacks. The Russian-interference has to be brought to a show-or-go status and it has to be done so aggressively.

From the article.

Let’s begin by setting down a hard and fast rule to blunt the coming weasel words from team Obama. The President runs his administration. The President’s cabinet has some individual authority, but they confirm with the Commander-in-Chief anything that could erupt back on them either legally or politically. No cabinet member – especially the Attorney General – would run near or across legal or ethical lines without concurrence (i.e., cover from) the top person.

To say Obama did not “order” the “wire tap” against the Trump campaign is as ridiculous as it sounds. Note: Trump used figurative parentheses when he tweeted “wire tap”, so read that as meaning “surveillance” legally.

It is not like the Captain of a ship actually “weigh’s the anchor” themselves! Captains order it be done. Or more accurately, it is one step of a process that has been established by the command chain so that when the Captain orders the ship to prepare to “get under way” this action is taken. However executed, the Captain is legally responsible for the people under him, and any mistakes they make. This would include any issues or damage done “weighing” the anchors.

He was not a “private citizen” being wiretapped.

He was the nominee by a major party for POTUS, and the wiretaps occurred in the heat of the campaign.

High Crimes.

In court it would be called Conspiracy to Deny civil rights under the Color of Law. Plus all the violations of the the FISA laws.

But the political “crime” is the worst of all.

I thought the same thing except the quote of Comey did not come from Comey but some reporter that quoted someone else. We have not see Comey and I suspect we will. What Comey did was simply say that FBI didn't do it and asked the Justice Department to say the same thing (he knows they can't) and then embarrass themselves and spill the beans.

Trump is probably the smartest man to ever occupy the Oval Office, IF he really yelled at Sessions and Bannon it was to encourage them to get out of spineless mode.

I don't know if the O will ever be in legal trouble because of the Democrats in the Senate but his surrogates will be convicted of crimes and they WILL implicate him to avoid lengthy prison terms.

I hope that the crimes of information dissemination can be also laid onto the press who cooperated with the Obama administration.

People in general don't understand just how devoted to their cause most Marxists are. O is a Marxist. Hillary is a Marxist. Podesta is a Marxist. Lynch is a Marxist. The reason they risked what they risked by continuing to break the law after the election is that they think they can wound Trump enough that he will never be able to prosecute them, they even believe that there will be a call to remove Trump from office. They believe that if they can get the Senate back that they can perhaps do this and get a Democrat back in charge of Justice. That is all then need do, get one of their supporters high up in Justice.

I'm betting on Trump against all the horrible odds of the Press and Democrats. I suggest if you want him to succeed that you pray for him every day.

If DJT will provide iron-clad proof of his charges, then hold a presser, all the dems who are sympathetic to Snowden will become sympathetic to Trump. Huge opportunity here...could bury the RATS forever.

It does not fit the definition of war sabotage or a “grave” “hostile” war-like attack on the United States

Actually, the Democrats have been pushing overheated rhetoric suggesting that the hacking of Podesta and the DNC may be an act of war. Senator Jeanne Shaheen for one has been peddling this line publicly.

We know the Dems/MSM work on coordinated talking points. It may be a talking point from Ben Rhodes and the Obama team that the hacking should be talked up as an act of war in order to try to legally cover themselves for using national security surveillance against the opposing candidate for president.
