BlessedBeGod, Amen. Thanks so much. Court just stayed a few minutes ago and mom already had me removed from the gallery. I’ll sit and pray out here in the hallway.
Yesterday dad’s attorney filed another contempt of custody and another petition for emergency custody. Mom’s attorney informed everyone today that she will be on the stand all day. She’s trying to drag this out again to prevent the children from seeing their dad. Pray the judge sees through this ploy and grant emergency custody to dad. It’s a shame the state doesn’t recognize emotional/psychological abuse.
Isaiah 40:10

We told our attorney of your option and she doesn’t want to go that route in case someone says we tried to bribe her. Oh well it was worth a try. Thank you.

Thanks again. Mom is still on the stand going over history with a fine tooth comb. She has been there all day and is only up to 2012. It’s a delay delay delay tactic because she’s afraid dad will get full custody.
Everyone, here’s what happened today. Mom got on the stand and gave the history of her life for five hours. At the end of the day she was only up to 2013. It was a delay tactic designed to wear everyone down and it worked. We have to go back in another month so she can finish, then call at least three witnesses. Everyone still needs to be cross examined. We were told this won’t be over for months and multiple appearances. This wreaks havoc on the children as they will be kept in a state of flux in the meantime.
Something else happened during her testimony. While she was on the stand I was in the hallway praying out loud for the binding of a lying tongue. She suddenly ran out of the courtroom crying hysterically and into the bathroom. Everyone said she was on the stand and suddenly couldn’t speak and just started crying.
Stay strong in Faith. Thy will be done.

Thank you so much Dacula. I believe the Lord is teaching me a lesson to trust in Him exclusively. There’s a reason this case is going the way it is. What looks like delay and manipulation today will blow up into something that in the end will glorify Him. Thank you for your prayers and support.
