Fellow Freepers, I respectfully request your prayers for my husband's custody court appearance tomorrow. He is fighting for the sanity and well-being of his children who are currently suffering under primary custody of a mentally ill mother. Please pray the judge see through her deception and stops her games and manipulation that's literally driving the children insane; that the Lord rescues these helpless young children through the judge, that he makes the right and healthy decision for these innocents; that the Holy Spirit continue to provide strength and wisdom for Dad who's suffered years of physical and emotional abuse; bind the evil spirits poisoning the mind of the mom and that she receive mandatory treatment for her destructive issues, in the Name of Jesus.

Thanks much, mama. I’m praying for mom, too, for a wake up shock and healing. Our attorney just filed a second petition for emergency custody since mom wants to drag this out again.

Is CPS on your side? The court needs to know what she said about nobody can have them if she can’t.
Yes, CPS has cleared us of the multiple false allegations. We told them what she said, “If I can’t have them, no one will.” The investigator said she believed us but the problem in court is it’s considered hearsay. We’re going to have to go on expert testimony from the family counselor, the custody evaluator, and the fact she’s ignored the judge’s orders for several years now. She admit to the custody evaluator she allowed a child molester stay in her home, and even defended him, too. It’s amazing she’s been allowed to go on like this for so long.
When you are in court please do not use the word WE. The court sees this as strictly between the biological parents and many family court judges will ding you for overstepping your boundaries.
If it comes up, you’re willing to be a stepparent but everything, discipline, church whatever will be between the mother and father.

Thank you for the “we” advice, something I didn’t realize. Point well taken. I don’t even know if I’ll be called to testify. Mom got me kicked out of the gallery before. The kids also tell me she calls me “the demon,” to the point where the boy was calling me that. I’m also very grateful for your prayers. This has been an extremely difficult process, especially hard on the kids.
We stand in agreement for these children to be raised in a Godly home. We also lift up others who are fighting the same situation concerning their children and ex-spouses.

Wow, that’s terrifying. That deranged individual shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near those children .
It hurts my heart to hear of children suffering, especially at the hands of someone who should love them more than anyone.
Praying that the Judge sees her for the dangerous, abusive psycho that she is.

May His Mercy Fall, and His Grace Abound, and the Nightmare Come to an End. Our Savior Bind the Forces of Darkness that are Controlling this Woman, and Grind them to Powder. May our Shepherd-King Surround your Family with His Protection, and the Judge be Granted the Wisdom of Heaven that will Result in a Sound Judgment being Rendered. Please Move by the Power, Gracious King, and Grant All our Requests, in Jesus’ Wonderful Name.

Yes it is terrifying especially watching the effect and power the sickness has over the children. It is trying to replicate itself into a new generation. We’re praying for a miracle for mom, that she is ordered into therapy (not sure if that would be effective for a Cluster B) or that God work a miracle and heal her. The children are confused, seeing a healthy stable environment on one side then a false world of bribery and manipulation on the other. The children believe both parents and the dissonance is tearing them apart. If anyone has been through this and has had a successful outcome please let me know. I’ve discovered this sort of thing has affected many families.
