As much as I dislike McCain, I find this very hard to believe. More Fake News making the rounds, probably.

This looks like a generic letter that was sent out to a massive email group. Think it’s a nothingburger

Yeah, but Sarah Palin could see Russia from her balcony.

Couple of things wrong with any contribution made by Vitaly Churkin. If any were actually made, it would constitute a contribution made from foreign sources, presently illegal under campaign finance law. Secondly, what could John McCain possibly do for Vitaly Churkin? No known quid pro quo could exist.

Much more troubling are the contributions made to John McCain by George Soros. And that McCain could be bought so cheaply.

It’s in WikiLeaks. They are batting 1000 for accuracy. Unlike the real creators of fake news... CNN, etc.

“As much as I dislike McCain, I find this very hard to believe. More Fake News making the rounds, probably.”

It’s Wikileaks, it’s accurate - don’t get them confused with our media.

But it’s also generic, it doesn’t talk about how ‘relations could be improved’ by a ‘modest donation’ to McCain for President, for example. So it was probably one name from a list of 500,000 names...that will happen, but it means nothing until Russians actually give him money.

Even so...we should beat on McCain anyway - does anyone deny that Trump would not be let off if the letter had been written under his name?

They’re whipping up a bizarre soufflé of falsehoods trying to paint Trump as a Russian stooge, so I don’t care if it’s a generic request for donation, it’s a request for money from Russia by uber-***head John McCain and therefore he deserves to be hammered on it. There’s more truth to claiming McCain is influenced by Russia than there is in claiming that Trump is, in black and white.

Yeah, but Sarah Palin could see Russia from her balcony.

That comment was made by Tina Fey, not Sarah Palin. The press had everyone believe Sarah said it.

I frequently see McCain referred to as a "hero." He is nothing of the sort. Here is a list of real heroes, and if you read through it you won't see anyone gaining hero status by being captured by the enemy.

Like I said, I’M WITH YOU - we’re entitled to distort the left a bit, considering all of the FAKE NEWS they keep sending out!

Wikileaks is a KGB fellow traveler, if not an outright KGB front. They deserve no respect on FR.

He asked the Ruskies for money? For what? Certainly not to win the election. He threw the election. Took a dive; as did Willard Romeny 4 years later. But then, “Along Came DON!” (With apologies to The Coasters and their number, “Along Came Jones”.

The Russians have a dossier containing a video of McCain in a compromising position with a goat. This should be turned over to the FBI. Reliable sources who wish to remain anonymous are outraged.

There’s also video of Russian hookers wearing McCain’s Depends and defecating in them. He likes to wear them afterwards.

Interesting hypothesis. You have information to prove this assertion?

“I think things may have been rigged in AZ”

They ran multiple candidates to split the vote and tons of negative ads against Kelli Ward. Her main contender dropped out and was still on the ballot, taking a bunch of votes anyway.

After that, the main reason for voting for him was only SCOTUS and confirmations (DeVos). It was a horrible decision to have to make but necessary for the survival of the Republic.
