When I see somebody described as a ‘Top Cop’, I expect to see some law enforcement experience, in uniform. None that I can see. As regards his family, all I can say is some cursory reading indicates he’s a real enthusiast for sodomites. That may explain a lot. Then again, maybe what he wanted never equaled what was available. It happens.
