Some students...saying the teacher's half hour rant went too far.

One could bet big money the course syllabus does not include,
"subjecting students to political indoctrination for extended periods of time; advocating a particular national political group as being superior, to or inferior to any other political groups; penalizing a student for taking a political position".

Our student was simply gathering evidence of the professor's attempts to destroy the syllabus the students paid for, and in a way that was not reviewed by, or approved by the faculty.
