The Democrats, globalists of all sorts, anarchists, terrorists and all of those working for the final destruction of the United States of America and its citizens are against President Trump
Why are we going along with decisions made by judges that are—legally—not within their purview? Why are we continuing to follow rulings from rogue courts in our country that are illegal on their very face? Are judges a part of the “special’ class that was once reserved for corrupt politicians who operate beyond the law and get away with it? In this instance, NO judge has the authority to overturn the decision made by the President of the United States…not one.
Why go to SCOTUS with a 90 order? AG Sessions can craft a much better order than the Obama holdovers.
The US is plagued by judicial tyranny. As another example, a federal judge recently ordered this to a civil litigant before illegally confiscating his property:
“You are a fool, a fool, a fool, a fool to screw with a federal judge, and if you don’t understand that, I can make you understand it … I have the full force of the Navy, Army, Marines and Navy behind me,”

The Order issued by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit does not address the Executive Order's authority and instead conjures reasons why this authority can not be exercised.
The Court is interfering with the Executive's exercise of Congress's very clearly stated grant of authority. The Court is repudiating the will of Congress, and on the absurd pretense of granting due process rights to foreigners in foreign countries, foreigners who apparently have a right to enter the U.S.
The Court claims Trump's alleged religious bias as the basis for the seven countries subject to a temporary visa ban. The Executive Order cites 8 USC 1187(a)(12) as the basis for the seven countries subject to a temporary visa ban.
The Court agrees with the States' argument that the Executive Order causes a concrete and particularized injury to their public universities. The universities of Washington and Minnesota do not suffer a particularized injury. The injury (actual or potential) suffered by universities of Washington and Minnesota are no different from the injuries (actual or potential) suffered by universities of each and all states. The universities of all states - indeed all universities whether state owned or not - suffer identical injuries (actual or potential).
The Court's Order has no basis in fact, but on fantasy.
Who appoints the judges on the 9th Circuit? Would that be the president?
Maybe over the course of his 8 years he can change the flavor of the court.

Totally agree. Why would someone who says they want to “Make America Great Again” allow unlawful actions by a court to dictate outcomes of anything?
Seriously, either we actually change DC, return to USConstitution Donald, or you are as broken as recent administrations, just in a new way. RUSAians want and expect a return to lawful government. Not there is a new king who can do as they please.

We all know the 9th is den of liberal extremism that could care less about the Constitution and rule of law.
I believe Trump KNOWS a huge majority of those who enforce the law will side with the court and not enforce Trump’s EO.
I also believe Trump’s only choice is a huge national security threat that forces him to declare martial law and start arresting traitors.
I’d issue 2 or 3 hundred with a one word change just to “F” with them.

Trump should have told them to take a flying leap and immediately issue another EO the second the ban was shut down and send out ICE to round up every last one who’s over stayed their welcome.
In the end even”Conservative” Jurists will go along with it. They will say it was wrong but then gee it is precedent and “we just can’t overturn precedent, can we”. Gutless wonders.

Trump plays chess to their checkers - I’d wager he is proceeding with a plan that will result in success. Getting twisted up in thousands more lawsuits for ignoring the other courts would be a hindrance at this point.
