The Ninth Circuit: dangerously out of order

Black-robed politicians on the Left Coast handcuff Trump, keeping the borders wide open for terrorists

Three unelected federal judges in San Francisco yesterday ordered the Trump administration to continue accepting visitors and would-be immigrants from seven dangerous countries that are incubators of Muslim terrorism.

When President Trump learned his temporary ban on the admission of aliens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen that was put on hold Feb. 3 by Seattle-based Judge James L. Robart would continue in abeyance, he got on Twitter immediately.

If any attack on the USA occurs as a result of all of the judges involved in allowing them into the country should be indicted as co-conspirators.

Due to the location of this court of weasels it should be disbanded and those seated should be removed to a federal prison.

They need to be impeached for disavowing the Constitution they are sworn to uphold.

When are we going to start impeaching judges for demonstrably making POLITICAL decisions when the verbiage of the law is clear? It is time to ‘go to war’ on leftist judges!

Regardless of what anyone thinks of any immigration by any President of the United States, it’s his/her decision to make. Period. If you don’t like the decision, factor that in next time you vote. I understand people don’t care for President Trump and don’t like his travel ban. That’s fair enough, but to have the Presidents constitutional authority usurped by the judicial branch is more than annoying, it’s scary. It’s turning over the results of last Novembers elections. It’s sad. And supposedly the political right are the ones that are out of control......

A judge who ignores the law is a so-called judge.

Trump needs to end the tradition of letting senators nominating judges from their state to courts. Why should he appoint a judge nominated by Feinswine?

This is judicial anarchy. Total disregard for the law. Judge Roy Bean stuff. This at a time of great peril for our people from members of the moslem community embedded in refugees we don’t want.
I am sensing that Trump in issuing a new order to completely circumvent the worthless ruling and force a new law suit but this order will have no arguable issues such as stopping green card holders ar citizens of the US. although it will not stop the investigations of those travelers from going forward. Remember that the San Bernadino husband and wife terrorist murderers as well as the the husband and wife team in Orlando were “legal” but had trained in moslem countries!! The Tsarnaev brothers who wounded and killed 200 at the Boston Marathon were LEGAL as hell. They had gone to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia ( the #1 exporter of state sponsored terrorism) for training and returned. These domestic terrorists must be carefully sought out and vetted at home!!! And STOPPED!!

14 by clinton, 6 by W, 5 by Reagan, 7 by Zero, 3 by Bush I, 7 by Carter, 2 by Nixon. 4 vacancies.

19 of them are on senior status, IOW, retired in place.

I think I see the problem there.

It takes 2/3rds of the Senate to convict and remove.

There may be other courses that require only a simple majority, e.g., reordering the whole federal judiciary and putting the current judges on a new federal traffic court.

Or an Article 5 Constitutional convention of the states could propose an amendment to clean up the judiciary.

President Trump should remain cool and keep his eyes on the prize.

Were I him, I would withdraw the EO, stating that I will comply with the court on the immediate implications around entry over the next several months. I will say that I am doing this because this is not the purview of the judicial branch of government and that I object to SCOTUS or any others weighing in on what are clearly my prerogatives of the POTUS. I would say that I am not inclined to have even one so-called justice object to what I am doing. The aim of the temporary ban has already been thwarted by the 9th circuit and there is too much work to be done to be distracted or delayed by judges overstepping their bounds. Rather than provoke a fight, I will withdraw and just get on with the business of securing our nation’s borders — within the ruling of the 9th district so-called judges.

I would then say that I do not need executive orders, statutory authority, or other public announcements to exercise my responsibilities as POTUS. I will simply install these policies without any announcements and without any fanfare. If the 9th follows through on its threats to start issuing visas and the like, I will ignore, and then and only then will we meet up in SCOTUS. But to the judges who succeeded judges who were in the 1970s and 1980s managing school districts and bus routes and who seem to think that they can take on the job of the executive branch of government, I would advise you to think twice before going down that road. I will resist at every turn, and you will find it to be a disaster.

These hoodlums in black robes are well versed in the US Constitution and the entire US Code of Laws, but for only one purpose - they study all the loopholes and contradictions, then apply them against the designated foe (usually, but not always, against Republicans, and ALWAYS against conservatives/libertarians).

A total perversion of the legal profession. The ACLU was formed by radical supporters of Communism and Bolshevism, to prevent the expulsion of radical leftists after the Red Scare, immediately following the First World War. It has nothing to do with actual preservation of civil rights or civil liberties for ANYBODY, but as a Trojan Horse to import and embed traitors, anarchists, and saboteurs in high places.

Membership in the ACLU should be, in and of itself, grounds for impeachment. Scratch most of these thugs in black robes, and you will find a connection that is much more than casual.

The Ninth Circuit: dangerously out of order

Yuh think! With a 20% success rate they ought to be sent out to sell hotdogs. Can’t be a more ignorant court in the land. I wonder who ties their shoes in the morning.

There must be an evaluation of judges periodically. Why is such a failure allowed to be a decision maker for ant thing?

It’s well past time for Trump to start ignoring the ramblings of people in black robes. The judiciary has no business trying to impose its will. I say ignore the courts and move on. Forget appealing to the Supreme Court.

This says it will bite them big time:
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2017/02/trump_will_win_this_one.html

The money quote:

In a fairly adjudicated case, it’s an open and shut case for the President. A decision to uphold the Ninth Circuit, places a big question mark on the competence of any judge that rules in favor of it. He or she would be going against the Constitution and the Law and endangering national security all at the same time. Decisions like this are common as dirt in the Ninth Circuit, but the Supremes are usually a little more careful. Ninth Circuit decisions are overturned in the Supreme Court so often that lawyers say that if you lose in the Ninth Circuit, you are guaranteed a win in the Supreme Court.

Due to the stupidity of the Liberals, the President is now in a no lose situation. If he gets the injunction lifted at the Supreme Court, he wins. If he does not, he has this case to use as an example of the Judiciary’s bias. He can say: “Look, they ignored the Constitution and the Law, invented rights for foreigners, and put the whole American public at risk.” Even if he loses in court, he will win in the court of public opinion. If there is a terrorist incident attributable to the judicial actions, he will win big time. Even without such an incident, his hand will be strengthened in all future dealings with the courts.

"Should" but won't.

Libs are never held accountable. Especially not judges.
