Hey,Babs...hate to break it to ya but Mr Trump’s having just told President Pedro of Mexico to go fornicate himself is a very positive sign that he *is* my friend.
You would have a harder time convincing the middle class that you are.
Obama wanted to make it easier for people with low credit ratings to get a mortgage. So he had the government pay the lenders a subsidy to keep the interest rate lower than what the lenders would normally charge riskier borrowers. Trump put an end to the subsidy. This is what she is talking about.
Isn’t this how we got in trouble - giving subsidized mortgages to people for homes they couldn’t afford?
