The “intelligence community” were warned about the Boston bombers, allowed the San Bernadino terrorists entry, couldn’t identify the Ft. Hood threat, didn’t believe the Ft. Lauderdale terrorist, and has become more political under the Kenyan.
I think Trump is just looking for some improvement.
