MARK LEVIN: The 'Code Pink Republicans' want to appease the Chinese and Putin
Conservative Review ^ | December 16, 2016 | Chris Pandolfo

Friday evening Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin sounded the alarm on the growing “Putin wing” of the Republican Party.

China is on the move, having seized a U.S. underwater drone in the South China Sea. And there are members of the Republican party, the “Code Pink Republicans,” Levin said, that would appease the Chinese in the face of this aggression.

“We now have a group in the Republican party that embraces George McGovern’s foreign policy!” Levin said.

Listen:

“You see appeasement, isolationism, passivity in the face of evil … [which] results in more provocations as they [China] continue to test the outside limits of what it is that they want to do,” Levin explained.

America-last Rex Tillerson has quite a cozy relationship with the Islamic supremacist nation of Qatar

On the one hand, there are voices pushing to avoid conflict with the Chinese. On the other hand, there are Establishment and pro-Putin Republicans pushing for the nomination of Rex Tillerson as secretary of State, a man who is soft on Putin. The Republican party seems to be going soft on our enemies.

"I'm embarrassed to see a Putin wing in the Republican party,” Levin said.

“Another day, another Levin spittle-fest.”

Pretty much. When he is not catatonically morose, he is a raging, shuddering, yapping little chihuahua behind a wet speckled glass.

How hard is it for people to understand? Even ostensible smart people don’t get it...RUSSIA IS NOT RED ANYMORE. It is not Communist, not even a little bit. Lets stop making it a generic bogeyman and lumping them in with China.

True, but for some people it needs to be. Their lives are without significance otherwise, or they are deflecting attention to our own very real problems. Putin-Russia is the globalists’ Emmanuel Goldstein.

I agree.

I have considered Nixon a RINO [before the acronym existed] since he functionally betrayed our ally Taiwan to the Red Chinese. I oppose the One China Policy as treacherous appeasement to a dangerous opponent (who is taking over our economy and destroying our trade).

On the other hand, I think a reasonable commonality can be reached with Russia.

Bingo.

Trump is a hard-headed deal-maker. He is liable to make a rational relationship with Putin/Russia that is mutually beneficial, and mutually peaceful: Win-win or no deal.

Only a strong dealer with a strong hand can do that.

Levin is a neocon globalist.

I feel that the only true communists left are in Europe and in America. The Chinese and the Russians are no longer communist anymore. What they are now is a throwback to the 19 century of strongman and oligarchy rule. Countries like that can be dealt with at a national level level and their ideology isn’t too be feared nearly as much.

Maybe that’s why the far-left in United States hates Russia so much, they’re no longer true believers and are turning towards traditional Christian values.

I agree with Mark, we can’t get lazy and just accept everything the incoming administration does because of the Republican title!! Intellectual consistency people!!
