For the millionth time, no, they cannot “disenfranchise” a state. If the Milwaukee recount doesn’t get done the legislators in each state “safe harbor” the Trump electors & tell Milwaukee to finish or it will be certified without them.
Legislatures are the FINAL authority, not any court.
Trump will get 305 less the Douchenozzle from Texas.
So they same goes for Pennsylvania in the highly unlikely event that the Federal judge orders the recount?
Then the shooting will start.

Right. If it was so easy to invalidate a state’s EC vote by prolonging a recount, republicans could stop any future democrat by forcing recounts in New York, California and Illinois.
They’ll change their tune when they discover that making sure only living, legal citizens can vote and it takes about 5 million votes away from Hillary (or future Dems) and shows that trump actually won the popular vote too...
