Barack Obama appointed Judge Mark Goldsmith in 2010 as a U.S. District Court Judge. A clear loser in this unfortunate appointment will be the taxpayers of Michigan. Judge Goldsmith just ordered that a recount is to begin at noon on Monday. The recount will cost over $5 million dollars…Way to go Democrats! Keep it up ya dummies!
A federal judge has ordered Michigan election officials to begin a massive hand recount of 4.8 million ballots cast in the presidential election at noon Monday.
U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith issued a ruling just after midnight Monday in favor of Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, who sought to let election officials bypass a two-business-day waiting period that would have delayed start of the recount until Wednesday morning.
The manual recount process was scheduled to begin Wednesday as specified by state law, and in a rare Sunday hearing in federal court, Goldsmith questioned the harm posed by waiting.
Stein’s lawyer Mark Brewer argued the case was aimed at ensuring the integrity of Michigan’s voting system and that the required waiting period violated Stein’s rights to due process and equal protection. He pushed for the recount of 4.8 million ballots to start immediately, which he said would be Monday morning.

I am intrigued that a single Federal judge can by-pass or ignore a State’s Supreme Court especially on an issue of States’ rights...
Who determines if this judge has authority to change a State’s laws, the judge???
Are the Clintonistas trying to get a recount in Florida too? Trump’s margin there is about 130,000 votes.
It’s a majority of the EV’s counted. If, for example, on December 19, 2016 only 500 EV’s are entered, then to win the election once would have to receive 256 of them; if one only received 250 then it would go to the House.
Think about it: If 270 was required no matter what, a couple of large states’ electors who did not like how their citizens voted could just withhold their votes, and throw the election. That is a prime example of voter disenfranchisement by an agenda-driven cabal.
