I had to turn off the video. That screeching little Mexican harpy, with her thick Mexican accent, is most likely not even a U.S. citizen. The big guy looks and sounds like he might be intellectually/developmentally challenged in some way. To me, this seems like a clear case of harassment and I would have called the police.
Perhaps he also wanted to catch this on video!

I hope someone identifies the harassing man and woman. I think they should lose their jobs (if they have any), and maybe she needs to be deported.
Trying to press him into a fight then post the edited video of him wearing the shirt and fighting. He made the right move. Sad thing is, if the girl called and claimed she felt intimidated, the man would likely have been moved, banned from the clubhouse, and or evicted for some extremely vague line in his lease indicating that making threats are grounds for eviction.

I wonder if there’s a clause in the CC&Rs about neighbors being threatening, harassing or intimidating. If so, the party that’s first to lodge a formal complaint with the association will almost certainly be treated as the aggrieved party and the other party will be viewed as the aggressor(s).
I would have smacked her phone out of my face...but I am female so I could do that. This guy couldn’t really do anything because she would use it against him and I’m sure that is what her angle was. People like this need to be humiliated and I hope posting their nonsense on youtube does just that.
