Bush was a good governor of Florida, but he was way too weak to make it in the world outside of FL, even though he would have had a lot of Hispanic support. But they want results - like a business friendly climate, because Hispanics are very entrepreneurial - and I don’t think he would have been strong enough to deliver it in any way.
