Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., recommended on Friday that President-elect Trump nominate fellow former GOP presidential candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, to fill the vacant Supreme Court seat.

In two years Cruz will be out of his Senate seat and off to obscurity of Texas has any sense. Giving him a SCOTUS seat would guarantee that he would f_ck Trump at every turn in the road. Both Linda and Cruz are at best qualified to be men’s room attendants.

Bad idea, Cruz thinks a child born to a Saudi father in Saudi Arabia to an American mother is a natural born citizen.
What about (former?) Alabama Justice Roy Moore for the short list? I think that Moore’s only “crime” is standing up for state sovereignty.
I think Cruz is of more use where he is.

Always figured he could never be confirmed. But as Graham has shown, the senate would approve just to be rid of him.
Never know, maybe Trump will nominate him. Won’t have to worry about him stabbing him in the back again that way.

I would dispute Cruz credentials. He knows what “natural born” US citizenship is and tried to pawn himself off as a “natural born” US citizen.
