Maybe I missed something when I watched the Al Smith dinner, but I didn't see Ole Bill sitting with his wife at the Al Smith dinner. Where was he? Why wasn't he there? Some of my theories:
--He wasn't there at all, too many "Bill is a Rapist" protesters following him everywhere he goes--LOL! --He was lurking somewhere in the hotel groping a young intern or campaign worker --He realized he couldn't grope Maria Bartiromo because she was constantly on camera behind the speaker's lectern --He voted for Hillary and took Madonna up on her offer

Slick was highly conspicuous by his absence.
He takes a LOT of opportunities to avoid appearing on the same stage with Herself.
Perhaps this was at the “request” of Herself. Slick can be kind of a loose cannon at times. Almost like he was working for Trump to win.

Personally, I think Bill Clinton didn't show up because Donald Trump has thoroughly humiliated him at the debates by bringing Clinton's victims into the public eye.
Clinton probably figured that Trump would lambaste him about his sexual predations right there in front of all those guests.
