my bet is that it will be Tim Kane and Dona brazil negotiating his leaving the head of the DNC and getting the vice presidency. remember for Dona to be successful in fixing the primary she needed the support of Tim kanes people still in the DNC. I think more then just the vice presidency was given for his support.
