On Wednesday Rev. Faith Green Timmons of the Bethel United Methodist Church interrupted Donald Trump during his speech at her church in Flint, Michigan.
Pastor Timmons asked Donald Trump to refrain from attacking Hillary Clinton in her church.
But prior to his visit to the church Pastor Timmons posted her intentions on Facebook.
She said,
“Today is the day! We have a chance to show DONALD TRUMP than this nation is filled with intelligent, wise black citizens fo integrity many of whom live right here in FLINT, MICHIGAN. What he will see is how we are braving a manmade catastrophe. HE WILL NOT USE US, WE will EDUCATE HIM!!!“

I only saw the snippet on TV where she interrupts him, but if that’s all she got I’d say her victory was small and hollow. Trump moving on...

I haven’t set foot in a Methodist church, except for weddings and funerals, since they backed the Sandinistas in their genocide of the Mesquito tribe in Nicaragua. They seem to have lost the concept of Wesley’s method.

Well, he meant well. Guess Flint won’t be at the top of the infrastructure repair list.
Not any more. Internationally, maybe -- the Africans are saving the UMC from utter self-destruction. The Conventions have become like the Democrat platform, and have been for many years. Only the church in developing countries who do not have the luxury of decadence are holding the line against the heretics.
I agree that the Pastor helped him in this instance because she came out looking bad all of this as he continues on with his campaign. What Trump should do is go to more of these type churches and see if more of these politically biased pastors will rear their ugly heads cause this only helps him if he doesn’t attack them.
You know Trump didn’t fall for it and that the exercise backfired when you can’t find the story in Google news when searching “Donal Trump.”
Sorry but United Methodists are far left for decades. I was raised in that church and married in it but will never attend it ever again. I am from the South and they are liberal leftists here also.
Gave up on them over 25 years ago.
