I agree, more information was needed, but I understood what the original poster meant, because I saw the complete text of Donald J. Trump’s great speech in Phoenix that was posted on FR. Trump mentioned 23 countries that were unwilling to take back their criminal aliens in that speech.

There are bears in Denali and Yellowstone Parks that get hungry - Bear Lives Matter.
There are pools of water in Yellowstone Park that are said to have elements from volcanic activity in them. We need ‘volunteers’ to go into and obtain samples of these waters.
It seems with all the flooding in those areas of Louisiana, the usual quarry of alligators has been washed away. I’m sure that ‘Swamp People’ would be glad to harvest fatter alligators in the next season, after we supply a bounty of ‘new quarry’ for them.
Those not chosen for such ‘prime projects’ get a day’s ration of water and food, and could be placed at Zabriskie Point in Death Valley, in late August.
