Snowden: NSA Knows Who's Behind DNC Hack
Zerohedge ^ | 07/25/2016 | Tyler Durden

FBI said it is now investigating how thousands of DNC emails were hacked, a breach that Hillary Clinton's campaign maintains was committed by Russia to benefit Donald Trump. Indeed, as noted yesterday, Clinton's campaign, citing "experts", pointed to a massive hacking of DNC computers in June that cybersecurity firms linked to the Russian government. One way would be to listen to the person who should know all about this stuff: Edward Snowden. "Evidence that could publicly attribute responsibility for the DNC hack certainly exists at #NSA"

Obama has leaned on the FBI to conduct an "investigation" to see if Russia did the hacking in order to hurt Trump.

The Dems hope that even the INSTIGATION of an investigation will hurt the GOP nominee no matter if it takes till after election, which they'll see to it that it will.

You can be sure that the FBI investigative resources devoted to find Russia as the perpetrator will be more intensive and more thorough than the FBI/Comey/Lynch fake investigation of Hillary's perfidies.

A smart operator like Snowden would go to a wifi hotspot and run TOR on a clean machine to upload data to WikiLeaks.

A Raspberry Pi 3 is the perfect tool for this...for several reasons.
Just pop in a clean SD card with Raspbian, TOR and the data on it. Upload the data, pull out the card and destroy it. Go about your business.

Pi 3 has built-in wifi/bluetooth... all you need is the Pi, a 7” monitor, a bluetooth mini keyboard, a battery pak and an SD card. All will fit in a tiny sack. Total cost about 125 USD.

It was.

Hillary used non encrypted devices (against Gov’t rules) in foreign countries.

They have her stuff. Easy bet Hillary had her password on those unencrypted devices connecting to public networks overseas. Bet on it.

Just make sure it's a camera-free hotspot. Because, if NSA has compromised TOR, they'll attack the hotspot's video surveillance system. You wouldn't believe the number and quality of cameras installed in newly opened or renovated restaurants!

Also, remember to change the Raspberry Pi's MAC address, because it will be in the hotspot's log.

He’s in prison, in this country, isn’t he?

That's the original Guccifer, Marcel Lazăr Lehel, who is currently awaiting sentencing in the Alexandria City Jail.

Yup. Not good. Not good at all!

Also, when one area of a network is compromised, then others are likely compromised too. Hillary’s server was the foot in the door.

I sure hope that the State Dept and for that matter the whole federal govt is doing damage control. And I sure hope that whomever designed the network took this into account. Because if they aren’t and they didn’t then our enemies will have access to very damaging information. Information that might cost lives.

Maybe this is the reason why they didn’t indict Hillary. The damage and vulnerabilities were so severe that the government didn’t want to admit it and needed time to scrub the networks and plug the security holes that she created.

Snowden tweeted that he thought it more likely that China or N. Korea is involved.

I recognize Putin, not sure what the other pics are intended to convey. Anyway, this was my first Freeper post. Haven’t figured out how to post images (I have a jpeg I want to post). Are there instructions/tutorials on how to post? Am I that obtuse that I can’t figure it out?

Here's my guess: someone working for the IT department at the Democratic National Committee who "saw the light" and decided to expose the insane corruption coming out of the Clinton Crime Family. And that person worked with a "black hat" hacker to grab all the files using a highly modified laptop or even a small custom computing box using a Raspberry Pi-based system. Once the information was grabbed, it was turned over to Julian Assange on flash memory device or even small hard drive.

VIDEO: WikiLeaks' Julian Assange on Releasing DNC Emails That Ousted Debbie Wasserman Schultz

Did you see the video of the interview with Julian Assange? He wouldn't confirm or deny that the Russians were his source but I got the feeling he was amused at the idea that they were.

Heck, my cousin Vinnie probably hacked them too! lol
