I got a re-issued BC. It did not involve much hassle aside from the fact that if I wanted it soon I needed to get someone in my birth state to pick it up. Lots of people don't know where their original BC is right now.

That's 'granny' Sarah sitting next to her husband Onyango, the young girl standing is their daughter Zeituni, born in 1952. In 1964 she would have been 12 or so. Kezia isn't in the photo.
Omar was already in Boston, Zeituni went to live with the Kenyan and Ruth in Nairobi, 'Jane' we have no idea, Yusuf is the brother with whom he attended school at Maseno where Yusuf was known as Joseph and Sayid still lives in the village as 'granny' Sarah's shadow.

Omar was not in Boston until 1963! This photo was taken at the latest in November 1959 right before Sr. departed for the US.

And I maintain that the identities of the people in the group confirm the photo was from when the Kenyan student returned from Harvard, in which case Omar WAS already in Boston.
But you are entitled to your opinion. As am I.
I assume the people creating the fake identity probably had people in the DoH at that time helping them? Or was the DoH only complicit more recently?
I hope that no one is still sending money to people pushing this stuff.

Makes you wonder. Just look at and compare the 1959 family photo of Sr. with the Hawaii departure shot on the dock with his classmates and friends including, apparently, Stanley Armour Dunham and other HI shots such as when he is giving the anti-Vietnam War speech. He appears to have aged during his three years there.
He has such a “baby” face in the 1959 picture!
That image isn't clear enough to date him, and the group photograph 'on the dock' is entirely without provenance, the identification of some members of that group seems to indicate that the photograph was taken in 1970-71 when the Kenyan visited Hawaii.
And once you look closely at the face of the Kenyan in both images, it becomes clear that the black and white image might be a photoshop. How did the Kenyan get to be the same height as Stanley Armour, and who is the young woman snuggled into the man with the numerous lei? Just what are the possibly fake lei hiding?
Nothing is as it seems at first glance. No one has been able to trace the source of that image.

On March 9th, 2016, Carl Gallups spent about two hours behind closed doors in the office of Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Phoenix, Arizona. At the March meeting, Sheriff Arpaio appointed Gallups as a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Special Deputy. “Sheriff Arpaio also disclosed to me a piece of information that has never been made public prior to my meeting with him,” Gallups said. “The sheriff revealed that his office is currently working with a well known international forensic analytical laboratory in the case. The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the laboratory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.”
Sheriff Arpaio said of that report “ I’m gonna [turn it over to federal authorities] but I’m waiting on some other international results first.”
Also, Gallups explained, the reason the last planned press conference that he and Zullo were reporting never happened is that just before the scheduled conference, a CIA contract employee came to the Sheriff’s office as a confidential informant. He was promising a boatload of information revealing even more potentially criminal activity at government administration levels. That informant, Dennis Montgomery, has now received immunity status by the FBI.
