Election 2016: Faultlines
American Rattlesnake ^ | June 18, 2016 | Gerard Perry

While I’ve had to delay this post for obvious reasons, here are some of my thoughts on Donald Trump’s national security speech delivered in New Hampshire this past week. Although I’ve criticized Donald Trump’s deficiencies, re: prepared speeches, in the past, even while acknowledging the rhetorical brilliance of his extemporaneous remarks and verbal ripostes, I don’t think you can describe Monday’s speech as anything other than superb.

He not only articulated the defining issues in this election brilliantly, he also boldly clarified the differences between himself and Hillary Clinton going forward.

The fact that the intellectually and financially bankrupt media spent most of the following day mendaciously parsing a single sentence merely illustrates how solipsistic they are and how little they have learned over the course of this campaign. They will continue to dissimulate because Trump, unlike past Republican nominees, is someone whom they truly fear. That said, there are a few liberal journalists who were able to briefly step out of their bubble to concede the effectiveness of this speech.

The foreign policy portion is praiseworthy, particularly the candidate’s refusal to make any concessions, rhetorical or otherwise, to the broadly unpopular interventionist wing of the Republican Party.

Where is hillary? she has disappeared. I think she was questioned by the FBI maybe but there is some reason for her absence. Trump is working has and Hillary is hardly working. He has 10 times her energy, stamina and brains.

FWIW, a former Attorney General believes she'll be indicted.

Has anyone else noticed that Trump’s speaking style is anything but eloquent, at times seemingly disjointed, and apparently totally distracted by himself it is not inarticulate. Things that seem to be random and careless on the surface if examined carefully may be anything but. It seems he has discovered a fissure in reality that no one has ever seen before and is using it quite adroitly in undoing his detractors and doing so with more than trivial success. The only points he seems to offer them to leverage their attacks against him just evaporate into the literal crevices in his speech but these chasms concurrently interfere with his communication with his supporters not the least. He is either the incarnation of Forrest Gump or a master of communications such as the world rarely sees.

It is a kind of verbal ju jitsu that is fascinating to watch. It has been said he is a bull that brings the china shop with him. While humorous the line fails to give him credit. So far he is a bull that has first BOUGHT THE CHINA SHOP and then loaded it with libtard sacred Relics which he demolishes with gusto. I completely understand the trepidation of folks like Beck in that if he turns on us it is gonna get tougher not easier down the line but so far I do not see him having the inclination to do so. So far he seems to “be one of us” who having worked for a living, raised a family, now finds himself in a unique position of being able to step up and “do the right thing”.

It is a year of bizarre things, fer sure. On one side we have perhaps the best communicator since Reagan who after many years in the public eye has conducted himself in such a fashion that he was NOT known as a bigot or sexist prior to being called one by libtards recently. In NYC that alone may be worth a citizenship award of some kind. This guy has spent DECADES in the heart of “snowflake central” without sending hardly anyone scampering for their safe space or whining to their lawyer. In fact, even Beck admits that personally Trump is a gracious gentleman whose thoughtfulness is surprising. He “defines hospitality” in the hospitality industry.

And on the other side we have Hillary. A shrill harridan that may very well be a dyke whose own husband has never loved her, an escapee of indictments for fraud and corruption perhaps through blackmail and extortion, who has enriched herself at the public trough for decades. Who can’t draw a crowd that would fill the smallest high school gymnasium. Who has had to recruit conspirators in the DNC and MSM to fight off a nearly successful primary challenger. Who cannot give a straightforward answer to just about any question more serious than “What is your favorite color?”

I could go on and on. Why is this even a contest in America?

“Why is this even a contest in America?”

It is a contest because almost all of the black community always votes democrat. They represent 13.5% of the population and 90% of them will not vote for a Republican.

It is the biggest shame in America that the blacks believe Democrats are better for them. I happen to believe Trump will do better than most think with this slice of the pie. I don’t remember blacks coming out for G. Bush like they are for Trump now. I think Trump knows this, which is why he is so positive about winning blue states.

Regardless of his faults, you can't deny the attention Trump has brought to the issue of illegal immigration.

Could you imagine any other candidate, Republican or Democrat, giving Jamiel Shaw Sr. a platform to discuss the murder of his son by a brutal, Mexican criminal alien?

Yes I have heard Mukasey on TV and he has a fine record. I am saddened by the interminable and needless delay by the FBI. This is not forensics . When she set up the server out of the SCIF area — she violated the law. Each document that ran in our out of that illegal was first degree espionage. We all sit around wondering if there was a crime? There were thousands of crimes the ramifications of which was KNOWN HACKING and names and dates and action and agents. The sky is blue. There is no question about crimes. Why the delay? This woman would be president? It is important to protect the people from this serial criminal. Do the Clinton foundation bribes LATER!! WE have and election. The people have a NEED TO KNOW!! NOW!@!!!!
