Racking a pump action shotgun is equivalent to a loudspeaker saying, “Reverse Course IMMEDIATELY, Extreme
Fatal Danger Ahead”.
Years ago my Brother pulled out his Pistol when threatened and the guy ran away as fast as he could.
It’s the only time my Bother ever brandished his Weapon and he has carried Concealed for over 30 Years.
He, like many others I assume never “reported” the incident. Too much trouble. The numbers reported for people using a Gun in self defense aren’t even close to reality.
