Guess who’s covering up the tracks of Hillary’s email scandal?

Bryan Pagliano's missing emails: Set up Clinton’s private server and email apparatus who was granted immunity to testify

You won’t read this story on Facebook, or on any other social media already in the tank for the election of Hillary Clinton.

But because it has the potential to transcend the fairytale that Hillary will be indicted and wear an orange pantsuit during a prison term for the continuing email scandal, it’s a story that should be sent viral by patriots by whatever means available to them other than Facebook or Google.

The emails that the State Department yesterday told the Republican National Committee cannot be found are the ones sent and received by Clinton former aide, Bryan Pagliano—the person who set up Clinton’s private server and email apparatus who was granted immunity to testify in March, 2016.

I’m assuming the FBI can remove immunity for not cooperating with their investigation. Hopefully.

It would not surprise me if Comey and some of his FBI were the ones who destroyed those emails.

We need to send a letter to Mr. Putin, then have him send them to Mr. Trump...

There is deliberate destruction of evidence, and Her Royal Hipness is getting away scot free. There is no longer any rule of law in this country. The ruling elite doesn’t have to obey any laws, while the normal people are arrested for having an empty gun holster or for letting their kids walk to school.

The important point is via an FBI leak, Pagliano or someone else wasn’t as good at erasing as the FBI techs were at recovering. The emails are still available.

In other news Hillary discovers the water is rising and the alligators are bigger and more numerous.

The FBI, the media, the Republican Party, the Democrat Party, to name four.

At what point does John F. Kerry become responsible for some of this? Lots of covering-up is while he is Secretary.

This request for the e-mails was basically from the Republican Party to the State Department.

The request wasn’t from the FBI to Pagliano.

There are a lot of Democrats scared to death over this e-mail issue.

They are going to use every trick they can think of.

Hillary ran the State Department when all this happened. There were lots of State Department employees working with and for her. What happens to them if it’s discovered that Hillary was just a mobster?

There are some tight sphincters at the State Department.

“I’m too young and good looking to be in prison!”

I believe that is the case. The person granted immunity has to live up the arrangement agreed upon. If they fail to do so, immunity may be rescinded.

Sounds like a breach of any immunity deal to me.

I’m assuming the FBI can remove immunity for not cooperating with their investigation. Hopefully. '

Maybe the missing emails is the reason he was given immunity. Someone told him to delete the emails or not use the government system for communications with Clinton.

Pagliano was on the government payroll. Was he doing work for the government? Who was his boss? Who wrote his performance evaluation reports? We know that Patrick Kennedy, Under Secretary for Management, hired Pagliano at the behest of Hillary. As someone who worked for the State Department for 28 years, I find the hiring of a minor IT tech by the U/S highly unusual. if not unprecedented.

From all reports, Pagliano is cooperating with the government. There is a reason why Pagliano pleaded the 5th before Congress and this could be the smoking gun. You don't offer immunity without getting something in return. Pagliano is singing like a canary.

It will be interesting to learn if the FBI was able to recover all the documents from Hillary's server, including the ones deleted.

EXCERPT---What Pagliano Likely Knows / Bryan Pagliano can shed light on several issues:

<><> Pagliano’s dual role as 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation, similar the ongoing scrutiny of Hillary aide, Huma Abedin (Huma worked simultaneously for 1) the State Department, 2) the Clinton Foundation, 3) Hillary herself, and, Teneo---a private company closely tied to both Clintons. She also billed herself as a "private consultant."

<><> What was Pagliano’s day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State “job” just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?

<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he “Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.”

<><> Pagliano beingemployed at such a high level inside State’s IT structure assures that State’s most senior info officers knew about Clinton’s email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.

<><> What was going on inside the State Department vis-a-vis Hillary's email server? Who knew about it? When did they know? Was it ever vetted/approved, and if so, by whom?

<><> Were objections raised by security personnel and how were those objections dealt with? Who is on the complete list of people who had email addresses on the server?

<><> What discussions took place inside State regarding the presence of classified information on the server? Were objections ever raised from outside State, say from the White House or the intel community?

<><> Pagliano can also speak to 1) what security measures if any were in place on Clinton’s server, and, 2) when they were instituted.

<><> Tech-savvy Pagliano had visibility into Hillary's server logs, showing any attacks or penetrations into the server.

<><> Pagliano, as a State Department employee under Hillary, had access to the State Department computer systems.

<><> Pagliano currently works as a computer contractor for State, and still has access to State Department computer systems. Has he ever been asked by Clinton to use his positions to gain information she would ordinarily not have access to, or to which she did not want her name attached?

<><> Pagliano may have knowledge of where any backups of the server are, shedding light on what emails were deleted by Clinton before her “full disclosure” of what was in fact a highly curated batch of documents.

CONCLUSIONS There is a lot to learn from Bryan Pagliano. His testimony could be like when the Feds turn a Mafia accountant, a low-level guy with access to the family jewels.

========================================

BONUS: WRT the State Department’s Chief Information Officer, who should have stopped the Clinton email server?
Well, well, she retired from State a few months before Hillary left, into a nice job at the IMF. It pays to work for Hillary.

Pagliano was the hands on guy who actually operated and maintained the server. He is privy to everything that was going on.

I too share your perception of the case. The FBI has largely completed it's investigation and I believe they know the answer to many questions they will be asking Hillary's aides and her. They want to determine by the interviews whether they will conspire to obstruct their investigation, commit perjury among other things.

My guess...Hillary's in lotsa trouble.

I suspect that the RNC’s FOIA request for the Pagliano emails was the result of a whistle-blower or a leak.
