Utah was a caucus where Cruz only got 120,000 votes, (Trump's minimum margin of victory in most traditional diverse states like Michigan or Arizona or Nevada).

Looks like Trump is a lock for 60%+ in NY — I believe all he needs is 50% and he gets 100% of the state delegates, and Cruz and Kasich get nothing. Is that the rule for NY?

If Trump stays over 50% statewide, he’ll get 15 delegates. The remaining 81 delegates will be divided among the 27 congressional districts (3 each). Trump will need to get 50% in each CD to get all the delegates.

Yes, for state delegates (14).
Then each congressional district has 3 delegates; 51% of the vote in that district takes all, if not they are apportioned 2 & 1 provided 2nd place gets at least 20%.
It’s kind of complicated, but I think that’s about it.
