Why do 17% of overpaid Federal jobs go to blacks when they only make up 13% of the population?

That is 13% of the TOTAL population. If you look at the population that is just working age, it is less than that. County governments are even worse. Where I used to live, they where at least 50%.

Try being a high school or college white skill pmayer....running back wide receiver, defensive back. Break all sorts of records and see how you are ignored by scouts for black guys with no where near the accomplishments. It can be done if the stars align but the road is near impossible.

In any sport in which speed is critical, Blacks do well. I think the last White guy to win the Olympic 100 meters was Alan Wells of Scotland probably in 1980.

Still I think the scouts and coaches have gone overboard just automatically thinking the Blacks are better often overlooking a White kid who is just as good.

I have also noticed that Whites seem to do better at safety than at cornerback.

I have no interest in ‘black privilege’, ‘white privilege’, or any other racist nonsense. I will judge people by the content of their character - period. If some bigoted snowflake doesn’t like that, I will ignore their whining and go on with life.

Martin Luther King said the same thing but with different words in his "I had a Dream" speech. You and Martin Luther King are both correct!
